This journal is a true collector's piece! Whether you fill up the pages with your own ideas or sketches or just have it sitting on a shelf, it will surely elevate the look of any little nook in your home.
This journal measures 4" x 5.5" and contains 160 pages (counting front and back) of 67lb vellum paper that I have tea dyed and hand torn, giving them a beautiful antique appearance. Each section of pages is enveloped in lokta paper featuring a tiger print.
I have bound the pages using a variation of the longstitch binding method to create a beatiful and unique spine, while also allowing the pages to lay flat when the journal is open.
The cover is made from birch wood that I sanded, stained and sealed. The closure is made from Minnesota made oil tanned leather that wraps around the journal and securely closes with an antiqued brass snap.
